Meet Me and What Matters Most

about me

Home for us is in Zug, Switzerland, where Irene and I share our days with our daughter Dalia and our son Leo. Alongside our roles as piano teachers at the city music school, life here is a gentle mix of music, creativity, and happy chaos. When we’re not working, we soak up simple pleasures—slow mornings on the terrace, a cup of coffee together, evening conversations, and sharing laughter.

Dalia, born in 2018, is growing up fast—her world is filled with playground adventures, friendships, and endless creativity. Whether she’s making bracelets, painting, or dreaming up something new, I love witnessing the ways she expresses herself and makes her mark on the world.

Leo, now two, is our little whirlwind. He throws himself headlong into play, always ready to make us laugh and lighten the mood—the lovable “clown” of our family who teaches us every day not to take life too seriously.

Together, the four of us fill our days with small wonders and big memories—the ones I try to hold close and capture, whether through music, photographs, or just being fully present.

I’m Daniel—raised by musicians, naturally drawn to music, but also forever in awe of photography’s unique power. My journey behind the camera began under the vast night sky with astrophotography, craving the quiet and awe of the universe.

Everything shifted when we decided to start a family. Experiencing the miracle of pregnancy, witnessing birth, and feeling the extraordinariness of new life up close completely changed my perspective. Photographing these gentle, life-defining moments became not just a passion, but a vocation—there is nothing I cherish more than capturing love, anticipation, and the beauty of new beginnings.

These fleeting moments with my own children remind me why I do what I do. I know just how quickly they change; how each day brings something new, some tiny transformation or laughter to treasure. My hope is to offer you the same: images that will mean even more as the years pass.

If you want to turn your own family’s memories into something lasting, I’d be honored to tell your story. Whenever you’re ready, I’d love to hear from you.
