Contact Form: If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Server Log Files: The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: Browser type and version, operating system used, Referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address.

Google Fonts & Analytics

This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. Children's Data (Minors Under 18)

Little Smiles specializes in newborn and maternity photography, which may involve processing images of children. For sessions involving minors, parent or guardian consent is required. Parents/guardians have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their child's data at any time. Images of minors are treated with extra care and are only used for: personal family use, photographer portfolio (with opt-out option), and delivery of purchased prints/digital files. Images are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Data Retention Period

Contact form inquiries are retained for 1 year unless follow-up is needed. Session images are maintained for a minimum of 2 years (for loss/damage replacement claims). Contact Little Smiles to request deletion of data earlier. Server log files are typically retained for 30 days by the hosting provider.
