Data Processing on our Website

Booking requests: The booking page on this website stores the request on the server: session type, requested date, names, address, phone number, and email address. A copy is also emailed to Little Smiles at contact@littlesmiles.ch. These details are used to arrange the session and are not sold.

Local storage in your browser: The homepage may store cookie-consent choices and optional chatbot interaction notes in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to an analytics service by this site.

Server Log Files: The hosting provider may automatically collect and store standard server log information that your browser transmits, such as browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of the request, and IP address.

Fonts and external files

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and some scripts or icon stylesheets from third-party CDNs (for example cdnjs and jsDelivr). Those providers may receive your IP address when assets are requested. No separate website analytics service (such as Google Analytics) was detected on this site at the time this page was last reviewed.

Little Smiles specializes in newborn and maternity photography, which may involve processing images of children. For sessions involving minors, parent or guardian consent is required. Parents/guardians may ask to access, correct, or request deletion of their child's data. Images of minors are treated with care and are used for personal family delivery, optional portfolio use (with opt-out), and purchased prints/digital files. Images are not sold or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Data Retention Period

Booking and correspondence details are kept as needed to deliver and follow up on sessions. Session images are typically kept for at least 2 years for replacement requests. Contact Little Smiles to ask about earlier deletion. Server log retention is controlled by the hosting provider and is often around 30 days.
